Design and Implementation of DL Infrastructure for Distributed Geospatial Data

Digital Library for Distributed Geospatial
and Georeferenced Data

The project is a Singaren21 research project funded by National Science and Technology Board (NSTB), Singapore. Our aim is to develop a software infrastructure that supports digital library systems using distributed geospatial data. We have developed the GPortal and GeogDL prototypes, and published 17 papers (at least 7 are in the pipeline). Our research prototypes will also be demostrated at the top DL conferences JCDL2003 and ICADL2003
